I'm very satisfied with my brace. I did think it took a little too long to receive it considering I spent almost as much for shipping as the item cost.

RESPONSE:

Delivery time was within reason, but may had been a day quicker. There is a business day turnaround, & since this was a weekend order, it was not processed until Tues. Transit time then took 5 business dys across country. We have since raised the price on the item & lowered the shipping weight so it comes out more correctly. Thank you for taking the time to post.

The staff (I think it was Jason or James) spent almost two hours going above and beyond helping me and my mom with some oxygen concentrator issues. The staff was extremely caring, compassionate, and informative.
